ATTENTION TRI-CITIES HABITAT FOR HUMANITY APPLICANTS!

 Beginning February 1^st, 2005, all applications for housing must be accompanied by a CREDIT REPORT for EVERY member of the household age 18 years or older.  These reports must be dated no earlier than 90 days before Tri-Cities Habitat for Humanity’s receipt of the application.

 To Obtain a Credit Report: 

A credit report may be obtained via Equifax by using the phone number listed below and following instructions for a consumer to receive a copy of his or her credit report.  There is usually a fee associated with receiving a credit report.

Other credit rating services may also be used to obtain credit reports.

Tri-Cities Habitat for Humanity will not reimburse any applicant for expenses incurred obtaining these documents!
